(Anonymous) (Unknown) 22nd May 2011 05:42Known as Dogfight: 80 Years of Aerial Warfare in the UK and Air Duel: 80 Years of Dogfighting in the United States, this Microprose-made flight game mixes intense historical combat with some mild flight simulation aspects. Select from classic aircraft like the Spitfire, the F-4 Phantom, the Sopwith Camel, the Harrier Jump Jet, the F-16 Eagle, the Fokker DR1, and the Mig-23 and engage in intense dogfights with enemy planes. The game features three gameplay modes: Mission Mode (which requires resource allocation and planning), Duel Mode (straight dogfights within the correct historical context), and What-If Mode, which lets players pit any aircraft against each other, regardless of the year of manufacture.
